Lease on the shop...one more yr.
Well I just signed a lease on the shop I rent for one more yr.I am going to fight like a caged animal for THIS yr to be a productive yr.I am damm tired of the feeling of letting time slip through my fingers.Stand back guys,it is going to a bumpy ride,but this old guy is going to be on fire....................
