Is this inside the cabin or or under the van?

Under the car . I checked the passenger side carpet and it's dry so I don't think it's the heater core . I have replaced the radiator , thermo stat , water pump , and a hose within the last year .

You may see it from the front but certainly from inside, open the doghouse and look on top of the block.
Intake manifold.

For jays sake I hope not as they are such a PITA. Considering the alternatives, caught and fixed early, not leaking internally, it ain't terminal so that's a good thing.

Got my fingers crossed for ya!

When my intake gasket went at first it was a small leak I couldn't locate. I stopped at the plumbing supply to get parts so I could do a pressure test on the system. It was on a busy road so I jumped the gas to get into traffic and that is when the leak turned geyser. I pulled into the other end of the parking lot of the supply house, returned the parts and called AAA.
