Looking at this thread during lunch, so i'm scrolling down thru the pics and text while eating a sandwich, scrolling, scrolling scrolling, OH!... Big Grin at the finished product. =D>

Looks sweet. Looks so good it's making me reconsider the front lift (I still have not installed the OLV Keys).

I gotta agree with Herbs, though, why spend good dough on a lot of good tools, but then not use jack stands where your safety is concerned.

The van looks super. :yawinkle:

In my defense, the blocks were used only as secondary support along with jacks. Before I ever climb underneath a vehicle I rock it back and forth to be sure it is sold and steady. If the jack or blocks move, I reposition them until nothing moves. On this job I would have only used jack stands when doing the leaf springs. Even then I would have had to set them on pavers to get the height needed for the rear of the van. Using jack stands fully extended is not very safe. Using undersized jackstands is also unsafe.

Got the alignment done today and it drives great. Have a little rattle over bumps coming from the back. I think it might be the muffler bracket on the rear leaf. Raining again, so I cant get under there and check it out. Will go back through and tighten everything up again over the weekend. ABS light comes and goes, guessing I got crud on one of the front sensors. Will mess with that while I am under there.

Here is a glamor shot as promised.

Gotta get back on craigslist to find a cheap brush guard.

Lift looks great, especially on a newer van. I did the 4" OLV lift on my 97 AWD. Have you solved that camber problem. I am having trouble getting rid of mine completely. Got any tips?
