4.3L w/ roller lifters

Post by chuckles »

hey guys, I have to replace a couple damaged lifters in an engine I have. Any of the service info I read doesn't mention which way the small oil hole on the side should face. I'm assuming it doesn't matter?? just wanted to be sure before I drop them in. Thanks

Hey Chuckles;

It doesn't matter which way the hole faces. The oiling galley surrounds the lifter. :supz:

If at first you don't succeed, maybe you shouldn't try sky diving!
