Class III/IV Receiver Hitch

Post by CaptSquid »

I've got about a week to come up with a Class III/IV before my motorized scooter arrives.

I'm to the point that I can barely walk without the aid of crutches. Longer distances require some alternate form of transport; the VA is providing all (I hope). But, because the Strofaris are no longer manufactured, trying to find something that fits is getting more and more difficult.

Try your local salvage yards. I bought one at my local salvage yard for $40.00.

I don't have to pay for it. The taxpayers do. The VA is providing all of the material.

It's too bad your in Montana as I have a Harmar AL600 lift that came in my Astro that is barely used. I'll let it go for next to nothing but shipping would be astronomical.

At least he was able to list where he is from. I think that should be a requirement to sign up on forums.

Just had one installed at U-haul for $150. or $175.00... :peep:
91 Astro EXT; never liked GM till i stumbled into this van. Free just for dragging it out of a field. Ran like a scalded cat, had 53K miles and completely rusted out brake lines. Been all over North America, lots of fire roads and no roads; fully loaded and towing constantly. Average 21 mpg. I recently (by accident) found out she now has 265,886.4 miles without so much as a tuneup, and only 1 oil change. And still no leaks. MAN I LOVE THIS VAN !
