This project is adapt a montero grill guard to my astro van 1988, with custom new brackets, new fold tubes according the grill and hood curve.

Construct new brackets, with hard paper board cut and make the bracket design with screw hole, and then cut in .25 iron, etc. etc.

Fold the new tubes and then measures the distance between the left and right grill guard bases.
