The plan has always been to give it an A-Team van paint job. That's why the hood is gray, it was my test panel.

Yes, it's aluminum. One person install was no problem.

I plan on reworking the air dam, adding a couple light tabs and bed lining it black.

Hmmm I'm seeing rattle can flat black or semi-gloss black for the bumper.
Right now I'm getting visual associations of an African Rhino with the white.

'89 Astro, 4.3L, TBI. Minor intake and exhaust mods. Rebuilt 700R4 trans (by me). Corvette servo, 0.5" boost valve, police grade 1-2 accumulator spring (shifts fast and solid). B&M stacked plate trans cooler. Bilstein shocks. Belltech sway bars front and back. New head unit, speakers and subwoofer. Needs paint and a new headliner.

just out of curiosity, I looked up Ali-Arc and asked them if they still make bumpers for M Vans.

Apparently not, but they do make one for the express van. They sent me a picture to share.
Its a bit large !! but hey,,, "My what a big Bumper......"
