Water coming in @ top of windshield??? HELP!

Post by donh97 »

OK, got my 02 Astro AWD AC & interior lights working & now it rained. Usually that's reeeaally good down here in TX but the Astro leaked around the top of the windshield. Crap, and it quit dripping pretty quickly & just started soaking up the headliner. So....... Is it leaking around the glass or is it maybe leaking where the roof rack is bolted on? Anyone had experience with this? Does the windshield have to come out if its leaking around it? HELP, and thanks in advance. Oh yes, I just read a build with instructions & pics on how to lift w/ an Overland kit. Gonna do that soon as some of this other stuff gets resolved. New tires are very soon. Would 235-70-15s work well? Or??? This is a great forum. Thanks guys & gals!

its most likely leaking from the corner of the windshield behind the molding.

and the search button would probably have found the solution for you
