Pretty cool! Is that going to be a painted dash or covered in some material , perhaps vinyl or leather? Also, what size subs are those? 12's or 10's? They look pretty big. What size cup will your cup holders fit? A large soda cup from a fast food place? I've been looking at getting a couple of 'em, but the ones I've seen only fit rather small cups.

it has two 10" Memphis M3 subs
the cup holders will hold soda cans (small cirlce inside) and average soda bottles with ease. I dont usually get drinks from fast food places (the way i like to take corners doesnt permit semi-open containers lol) I just stick to my 2 favorite bottled beverages. Minute made lemonade and Arizona raspberry tea :)

Both pieces are going to be painted satin black to match the van. Wrapping this dash would be difficult and require some stitching but the center console would be near impossible to wrap. PLUS i wont get sun glare off the dash from painting it with the satin

AND did i mention the 7" LCD and dvd player built into the back of it :)

Can you list some quick how to's on the whole fiberglass process? I plan on doing the same for my project. Any online resources or good printed info? Your project is great! =D>

http://www.fiberglassforums.com is a good site. Lots of information on there. You've got to register to view the site, but in my opinion, it's worth it.

ill post pictures for FREE :) just need to dig them up.
I learned from my previous job.

basically you build a wood frame of what you want (requires some 3D thinking and imagination)
stretch fleece over wood frame tightly and staple to edges of wood frame
take a paint brush and wet the fleece with fiberglass resin
take shredded fiberglass mat and lay small pieces on fleece and 'paint' on resin until the mat isnt white anymore
take your time(but work quickly before the resin sets...you have 3-5 minutes) and cover all areas and try to have as few bubbles as possible
for added structure use kitty hair instead of bondo for the first filler layer
sand down
then use bondo to finish

if building a fiberglass subwoofer enclosure you will want to glass the box and then take a 1/2 bondo + 1/2 fiberglass resin -very well stirred- mix (you want it to be runny but a little thick) and pour it inside the enclosure and seal the inside completely. This ALL is very messy so wear some clothes you dont mind ruining.

Maybe you can travel to Missouri in the spring summer next year (or maybe I could just email you)? I have a lot of body filling that needs done too.

Please post some pictures of your process so far (if it's not a big deal). Thanks
