Well, shit.

No wonder there's ratcheting. Despite the fact that I asked for a Powertrax No-Slip several times, I realize on the final paperwork the p/n is for a Powertrax Lock-Right.

I need to double-check my initial paperwork to see if I missed it there too, or what, but dammit. *This* is why I initially wanted to source all my parts myself.

Hi,

Wow, this is interesting. Did you have time to test the locker in dirt too?

The whole experience will be indeed a learning experience for all of us contemplating rear locker and re gearing.

Did you go with 4.11 ratio?

I ended up with OEM 4.10 gears. Going to wait to do a test in the dirt until the 300 mile break-in is complete, just so I don't accidentally stress anything. I'm miffed I didn't get what I asked for (No-Slip), but I was kind of waffling over the No-Slip vs. the Lock-Right anyhow, so I can probably live with what I have.
