This is a wonderful product that could help all Astro Safai AWD enthusiasts.
Thanks Astrophysics. My Hybrid may be a bit overkill for normal use, but I wanted to see how far I could take it. It could be useful to any V8 swaps though.

So did you have to swap the 236 front output shaft onto the 246 planetary?

So did you have to swap the 236 front output shaft onto the 246 planetary?
Sorry I missed this from December. But the answer is yes. The planetaries are the same dimensions between the 236 and 246. There are 2 versions of the 246. One is used in the lighter V8 setups and use a 4 pinion planetary. The heavier duty 246 uses a 6 pinion planetary. A snap ring on the back side of the planetary holds the front output shaft meshed in place.
