sonnax 1-2 accumulator problems!!!!!!

Have a sonnax pinless 1-2 accumulator piston, problem is that when installed with factory duel springs it will not compress more than 3/8in. From flush. Anyone have any ideas, my factory piston is plastic in very good cond.

That should be no problem, That is what I used but when ordering the parts for my rebuild I bought only one so I used Hirams trick for the 3-4. Watch this vid, he gets into the 1-2 and 3-4 pistons at 1:24:00
