Just an idea, but an old inner tube might work.

Accordion rubbers? Do you mean the bellows that surround the door light switches or the slinky-tubing that protects the wiring bundles at the front door A-pillars?

The door switch bellows is available at the stealership for about $2 each. The slinky tubing you might want to go to Radio Shack and purchase some wire loom material.

Captsquid, by any chance do you have a part number for the switch bellows as I have been looking for those for a long time or a place to start looking?
Thanks

The Dust boot (the proper name) is available at any GM dealer. They are available and are rarely out of stock.
