The resistance through the pickup coil is 848 ohms, and it is open to ground. I could not find any cracks in it.

The numbers on the PROM chip are as follows:
On the top of the chip: ADWC 6252
On the bottom of the chip: JL2732HS/156014 SINGAPORE 05

The Mem Cal chip is numbered 16051637 CTS8633

I don't know for certain how old either chip is, but it is very possible that they are both original.
