Swap 03 Astro Axles and Brakes with '00 Safari?

Long-time lurker, first time poster...

I did a quick search and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was curious if anyone in the collective AstroSafariVans mind knows if one could swap the axles and brakes and wheels between a '03 Astro and a '00 Safari relatively easily?

I have an 03 Astro that is a little ruff around the edges, and I just aquired a nicer 2000 Safari. I would like the Safari to have the bigger wheels and brakes from the Astro, to serve as my adventure/camping van, and want the snow tires (and wheels) from the Safari to go on my Astro to serve as my winter vehicle.

Will parts swap right over? Anything besides the simple compatibility of the hardware such as sensors or anything else of concern?

With both vehicles being complete, you won't have any problem swapping it over.

I think with a 2000, you'll be fine.

I know there were some changes long the way with respect to spline-count on some portions of the driveline, but that (I think) only affected AWD, and only for earlier examples. These are AWD or RWD?

For what you're talking about, it should just be swapping a bunch of parts.

These are both AWD.

And obviously you'll want to ensure that they both have the same axle ratio. If not, swap the front diff too.
