Long tru cool #4590 transmission cooler

Post by Lowrider »

I installed a #4590 Long tru cool transmission cooler last week as shown in a couple of posts here, removed top line at radiator. then to cooler from radiator and then from cooler back to transmission line. I drove about 50 miles going to work and back, I discovered tonight that I am leaking transmission fluid out of my radiator, not the fittings, I don't even see how this is possible and it is too cold and dark to tear apart tonight. My question is has anyone ever experienced this? 1999 Astro with about 140000, Thanks for any input

Just double check to see if the fittings in the radiator are tight. They are just threaded in.
