Another good weekend in SW Texas.

Post by arlon »

Spent the weekend camping at Seminole Canyon Sp right across the border from Mexico. I love not having to do any setting up other than unfolding my chair and setting out my table and stove. Visited Langtry and some pictograph sites, did a few good hikes and simply relaxed a little.

I'm jealous! No camping here until late April or early May! Well actually we could camp just I am not hauling the camper on salt and sand covered roads and then have to worry about it freezing up.

A couple of years ago Cherie and I did the Big Bend Park and the Guadalupe Mountains National Park on our way home from the Albuqueque International Balloon Fiesta. Very interesting area. We didn't know about the caverns or the canyon. Drove right by them. They will go on the list of "Things to do". Thanks for sharing the pictures.
