A no nonsense light!

Post by pengyou »

I found these in Walmart and they work well as a no-nonsense night light when camping, or even a flashlight. They are a solar powered light, probably meant to be put outside in the ground next to a path, etc. but they worked well as a night light and flashlight on my recent camping trip. They are only about 2" across and cost $4. I put them on the dash during the day to charge and still have light from them in the morning. There is no on and off switch but if you don't want the light just toss it under the seat. I tried to upload a pic but it wouldn't let me. The light is 2" across and is about 12" long, including thepost it is attached to that is meant to be pushed into the ground. It could easily be shortened or even removed for some creative use.
