It looks like a Xenon body kit. I have the same side skirt on my Astro. It says Xenon at the end of the skirt, right in front on the back wheel.
The grille is a Cats Eye. They are hard to find, not made anymore.
It probably is a Safari. But it is not hard to switch grille assembly from Astro to Safari.
