Hello from Saint Louis, MO

Post by Scootourist »

Hello,

I just picked up a 1996 GMC Safari AWD for camping and road trips. It needs some front end and suspension work, but no reported accidents, and under 151,000 miles.

I'm also into vintage Vespa scooters, and you can haul 2 of them in the back if you remove the mirrors.

I'm looking forward to bringing this baby back up to snuff, and heading out on the road.

P.S. Any Saint Louis folks on here?

Hello! Welcome and congratulations on your purchase. These are great vehicles. There is so much you can do with them the list is endless. I can fit my 76 FX Superglide in the back of mine. Right about the mirrors, but I don't have any anyway-they keep falling off. and the seating mounts in the floor make for awesome ratchet strap anchors.

I do have a friend in Jefferson City
