Congrats on the purchase. Sure hope you and the family enjoy your van. They really are great vehicles. Not too big not too small. Lots of things you can do to upgrade, update, modify or just maintain it in its stock form and enjoy years of adventure. Welcome to the forum and keep the pics coming as you explore America. :usa:

Welcome! When I saw Fla. NY I had to look it up. Sounded familiar but I couldn't quite place it.
Google to the rescue! When my kids were little I took them out there for a camping weekend at Black Bear. I chose that place because of its proximity to Orange County Speedway, I like the dirt tracks,,,

Hi,

Looks like a great AWD Astro. Nice to have awning too. And the BFG AT tires must be good traction.

Welcome from South Florida.
We enjoy occasional camping in NC with our van as well!
Cheers!

Hello from another NY person! I love it when I tell people I'm going to Florida (or Rome, or Cuba) and I'll be back tonight. They give me a funny look and ask how I'm going to be back that quick. I laugh, and say, "Rome, NY, silly!" That's me. Simple pleasures for simple minds. :yawinkle:
