The Firefly

Post by Firefly »

Hi I have been reading forums for lifted astro/safari vans some time now and it is safe to that I have been bitten by the astro/safari bug. I spent months looking for the right van and it came down to this. This is my 2003 Awd SLT I call the Firefly. My boys where catching fireflys one day while I was changing the oil and they told me that it looked like a firefly with all the doors open so the name stuck. I am going to lift it soon and will post pics too! I am doing the DIY 2003 safari lift kit. I am going to put 30" BF A/T on it as well. wish me luck!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! Aaron that is a cool picture! You are correct I do have a passion for that ship and there is a bit of truth to that! I took these pics in the dark so I hope you can see them well! The small one is on the back passenger side door and the larger one is on the inside on the doghouse cover. :)
