Exterior is pretty clean. Dent on hood and in right rear quarter. Paint has been touched up so no bare metal showing. The rear bumper is down due to too much weight on the weak class 2 hitch.

The game plan is as follows....change engine oil and filter, lube it up good while checking all front end componants, check all fluids and install the trans cooler when it arrives. Then fix the rear bumper and find a class 3 hitch. Lift the front end 1-2" to level it out. I also need to clear the SES light which is an O2 sensor I hope. I also need to clean the interior and start fixing the little things inside.

Down the road I want to get a bug deflector, vent visors, 4.10 gears, posi, 4" lift and some meaty tires...most likely Rock Rails....you know....the basics!

I'm sure in a year it will be even nicer!
I pulled a class 3 off my 95 awd, and put it under my 87 shorty 4x4.
Had to make a couple new holes in it, but twas a piece o cake.
I especially like this particular class 3 because it doesnt show any part of the hitch except the reciever tube that sits below the bumper.
I'll go snap a couple pix before dark....

Heres a couple pix of My hitch that was stock from a 95 awd with the heavy tow package. RPO VR4 : TRAILER HITCH, WEIGHT DISTRIBUTING PLATFORM
Is that a class 3? I thought so, but could be wrong.

Heres some pix of a fugly red hitch that hangs below all the way across....

i was kinda suprised that it has sealed beam headlights and not composites..

you should get some taillights like mine, they look great on a white van.
