O:) 3.73:1 with an EATON® Detroit Locker® retrofit would be correct for the Hydra-Matic®/General Motors 4L60-E - I've got the same R&P on an open diff on my M11006. Down here on the edge of the Central Valley (CA, USA), I've researched a stick-shift retrofit and already decided on upgrade axles; I believe Curie Enterprises can build a High-Pinion 8 with 4.11:1 and EATON® TrueTrac® on the dropout carrier and Torino-style bearing retainers to fit a Chris Alston Chassisworks doubled full-length frame set for a K-1500 front suspension retrofit, which is easier for tire and wheel shops to dial in the camber and caster on (two eccentric bearing bolts attach the upper control arm to the frame) than the 4x2 frame, which needs shims on the upper-control-arm fulcrum attach studs. (The 4x4 has exposed double-U-joint shafts on both ends of the axle.) No decision on the front hub locks yet, but Currie can also build a 9" full-float dropout with unequal-length axleshafts (to match the 7.625" stocker's offset), 4.11:1 gears and TrueTrac.
