AWD swaybar is 30mm and after I cranked torsion bars the Moog Problem solver end links and bushings didn't hold up that well so I went with Energy Suspension 9.5171 30mm (1 3/16") greasable bushing kit and longer 9.8167 Adjust-A-Link end links that come with two size bushings so I could fine tune the fit to make the swaybar parallel with the lower control arm angle from torsion lift.

Rock Auto is probably a good starting point for AC Delco replacements though. Factory torque setting is 13 lb ft on the end link hardware so don't reef too much and crush the bushings.

Thanks. I liked your set up so I ordered the same. Looks like a lot better quality.

You're welcome. Do you have any torsion lift? If not, the end links may be a bit long but you could always cut them down.

I wrapped a bit of teflon tape (yellow gas) around the swaybar and greased with Super Lube w/Syncolon grease I ordered from Napa for polyurethane bushings. The tape supposedly helps prevent any squeaking, not sure it's really necessary though...
