Re: Am I missing rear a/c or heat?
turn around and see if you have roof vents at the rear of the van. that would be for the rear AC. look along the inside of the drivers wall to see if you have a heater setup.. that's where they hide that right beside the 2nd row of seating. it's possible if there are no vents someone just stuck a co...

my guess is most of the aftermarket parts on it would now be 'made in china' or 'made in mexico' = importedmdmead wrote:Uh, what part of the Nova is the import?!astrozam wrote:Lovin the Nova Pierre

Re: 99 struggling
Derek939, Since your van is a '91, you will not have a mass air flow sensor on your van. These vans started to have mass air flow sensors on them in the '96 version. sorry about that derek... on your initial post asking it didn't state your year and i was in a rush neglecting to look at your avatar...

Re: 99 struggling
something like this is what you're looking for... it's inline with the air intake between the air filter housing and throttle body you separate the outer alum bread in the samwich .. the black part is the meat http://inlinethumb37.webshots.com/868/1513801661076568790S425x425Q85.jpg once separated .....

Re: 97 AWD swap into 99 2wd ?
dunno gary... i waited to long debating about the 99 .. could have got it for ~ $800 .. it's gone the rockers I can fix... the rear bumper i can change.. my biggest issue is the rad support .. for the amount of effort/labor/skill involved in removing mine, removing one and still be useable from a do...

Re: 97 AWD swap into 99 2wd ?
thanks for the tip on the rear end. didn't even think about that one. i'll see how it all plays out. ultimately, i'd like the body as rust free as possible, a near impossible feat hear in rustario (ontario) i cry every time i see an underbody pic of a van from a salt free area that is years older th...

97 AWD swap into 99 2wd ?
curious... so let's call it a hypothetical.. my 97 awd runs amazing the drivers rocker is getting scabby and noticed the rad support is in really rough shape as well as the ac doesn't work. only has 190,000km on it i came across a 99 2wd slt that is mint but the motor is pooched = very cheap what wo...

Re: subframe bushing replacement question
Wouldn't the procedure be the same as adding lift blocks? You might as well do all of them. If so, you could do it yourself with a few jack stands, but since you live in ON, be prepared for seized bolts, so presoak now! Have a hole saw ready. Probably should grab some new bolts. i'll get on the pre...
