Access to McNutt is at the end of 256th up by the old Alouette Corrections Centre, but I'm sure it's all been gated off years ago.

I was there too, but for not long. I found some people were a little chippy for no reason.

Re: Members with a clutch pedal in their van?

Well said Coyote X, I could not have explained the issues of "customizing 101", any better.

Re: The first diesel Astro conversion??.
The very fact that V8 is easy makes me not want to do it. Well that's what I have been thinking lately too, just in a different way. For years I have built small and big block Chevy engines and have always enjoyed the fact that you can build anything from mild to wild with this family of engines. P...

"The cheap engineer of Christmas past". That's funny sh :-# t, but I think he works for John Deere now. The trannys that are in these vans are pretty stout for what is normaly required out of these vans. If you can keep the temperature in check, they will last for quite some time. Although...

Re: Frustrated with Astro Van starter/flywheel issue...need
You have only mentioned two bolts holding the starter in place with no mention of a front bracket. With the bracket that the fab/welder made for you, along with a bracket that is found on sbc's that goes from the front end of the starter to the oil pan and block. I wonder if that would be enough to ...
