Re: How do I install an Anti theft switch?

Really simple. I did it from the fuse/relay center under the hood. Find the hot wire for each relay and switch them. I combined both to a single switch.

I installed a toggle switch that interrupts the fuel pump relay and the starter relay. You can hide the switch where ever you want.

Re: Heating up

It's just the result of the engine working a bit harder. If the temp is steady at 215 there's nothing to worry about.

Still here too. I'll be around until someone turns off the lights and locks the door. Other than normal maintenance the Smilievan got new tires and a paint job. At 18 years old it was getting a bit tired looking. Now it looks like new again. The mileage is at 273,000. Still running good. I've never ...

Re: Slop Correction

It's 19 years old. If it has been neglected then pretty much everything under there is worn out. If you have the time and money you will be ahead of the game to replace everything in the steering and suspension. The ebay listing doesn't say who the manufacturer of the parts is. They could very well ...

Re: AC Compressor/Clutch Seized?

If it's only the clutch it should run free if you unplug it. If it's the clutch bearing frozen then you will have to replace it.
