I'm getting two codes: P0128 and P0442

After doing some reading, P0128 seems to refer to a faulty thermostat.

But I can't seem to get an answer for p0442. Code Scanner calls the code "EVAP System Small Leak".

Someone care to explain a way to rectify the problem?

Re: New to the forum

I'm on

m3forums
bimmerforums
e46fanatics

and they all have this as an option in the control panel...

It's no biggie really.. it's just nice to not have to load page after page just to read 10-20 posts per page and then have to change pages again.

Welcome to the site James. The members here know pretty much everything that isn't in the book. If you've not done the plugs on an astro before, you'll "love " that experience. Some guys pull the wheel and the inner fender and go in that way. I lay on my back under the van and do it by braille. sou...

Re: Flushing cooling system

OK I finished the job last night, and came up with a very quick and easy way to flush out the entire cooling system, including rear heater! No cutting lines, no special adapters, and you only need to disconnect one hose. It goes something like this: I took out the intake and washer fluid/coolant re...

New to the forum

and I was trying to find an option in the User Control Panel section to change the number of posts displayed in threads. Other forums that I am a member of, allows me to change the number of posts displayed per page from default (20 posts iirc) to 50 posts. So instead of having 20-30 pages, I usuall...

Nooob from New Orleans

Hello guys and gals! Name is James from New Orleans. I actually do not own an Astro but my father does and I do all the maintenance/repair for my family and friends so I decided to join to get schooled and hopefully add some contributions to this site. The car is MY2003 Chevy Astro Cargo with just o...
