Looking for a computer pin out for a 97 safari van

What's the best way to insulate van ribs was thinking spray foam but heard not a good idea

I used a 4in angle grinder with cutoff blade on it melts the plastic then let it cool an the melt just breaks off clean didn't Evan have to file it

Have a new to me 2000 astro with a vortec when cold wont start will crank over an over an nothing. Give a shot of eather will fire an run great. Can shut off an starts great run normal no codes only happens once in awile not all the time. Was thinking fuel pump but runs great.
